W celu zapewnienia uczciwej i rzetelnej wyceny tekstu zawsze przed podaniem kwoty wynagrodzenia proszę o przesłanie mi pliku do wglądu.  Wycena tekstu jest zawsze darmowa i nie jest w żaden sposób wiążąca dla Klienta.

Kryteria ustalenia wynagrodzenia tłumacza są następujące:

• ilości znaków źródłowych ze spacjami. W przypadku tłumaczeń zwykłych jedna strona rozliczeniowa (nie jest tożsama ze stroną fizyczną dokumentu) to 1800 znaków źródłowych ze spacjami, natomiast w przypadku tłumaczeń uwierzytelnionych (tzw. "przysięgłych") to 1125 znaków tekstu źródłowego ze spacjami. Warto nadmienić, iż w przypadku tłumaczeń uwierzytelnionych każda rozpoczęta strona liczy się jako nowa pełna strona tekstu (nie ma połówek ani części strony). Są to standardy rynkowe powszechnie stosowane przez tłumaczy przysięgłych w Polsce;

• termin realizacji zlecenia - tryb normalny (do 3 dni roboczych), szybki (na następny dzień) lub ekspres (tego samego dnia) przy objętości do 5 stron rozliczeniowych;

• specyfika tekstu - tekst zwykły vs. tekst specjalistyczny, czy tłumaczenie danego tekstu wymaga posłużenia się fachową wiedzą, terminologią (np. teksty medyczne).

• w przypadku tłumaczeń ustnych wycena dokonywana jest indywidualnie po omówieniu szczegółów projektu z Klientem.

• Od 1 stycznia 2022 roku korzystam ze zwolnienia z podatku VAT, zatem do kwoty wynagrodzenia nie zostaje doliczona kwota podatku. 

• W przypadku tłumaczeń wyjazdowych poza granice Rzeszowa ostateczna cena realizacji zlecenia będzie dodatkowo obejmować koszty dojazdu do Klienta.

• Podane warunki współpracy mają charakter informacyjny i nie stanowią oferty w myśl prawa handlowego

There is a number of factors that impact the final pricing of the translation. In order to guarantee an accurate and reasonable pricing, I always ask my clients to provide me with an electronic copy of the original document, so that I am able to review it and propose the price and timing of the service. The quote is always free of charge and does not imply any commitment from the client .

Applicable pricing criteria:

• number of characters (spaces included). In the case of a standard translation (non-certified), one translation page consists of 1800 characters including spaces. When it comes to certified translations, one page counts 1125 characters including spaces. Please also be advised that in the case of certified translations, each started page is counted as a full translation page (there is no "half-page" pricing). Please also note that one transaltion page (either 1125 or 1800 characters) does not equal to one physical page of the document.

• translation deadline - regular (up to 3 working days), fast (within 24 hours) or express (on the same day) up to 5 translation pages;

• text specifics - an ordinary text not requiring professional and unique knowledge or specialist terminology vs. scientific / highly specialised text (i.e. medical or legal documents);

• in the case of oral translations (interpretation services) the pricing is settled with the Client on individual basis.
